How to use:
Use it whenever you like!
Before each use, shake the bottle gently to mix the oils.
Roll onto your wrists, neck and temples and inhale the calming aroma which will help you to feel comforted and held at any time of the day.
Roll into the palms of your hands, cup your hands over your nose and take three big deep breaths. Children will also love this blend, so ask them to do this when they are feeling out of sorts. This will automatically put you and your child, into a calmer state of mind.
