About The Glow Course
The Glow Course offers a short morning and an evening routine plus, stand alone target exercises for the forehead, eyes, cheeks, and mouth which can be done at anytime of the day. The whole course is under half an hour in length, yet it incorporates every beneficial aspect of Face Yoga. You can do it in one go, or in little chunks and you can do it as often as you wish be it daily or monthly. Muscles have memory and the beauty of this short course is that it will always get you glowing no matter how often you do it.
Face Yoga precautions: Always seek the advice of your relevant medical professional if you have any concerns about practicing Face Yoga. Face Yoga should never be painful. You should always begin gently and work to your own comfortable limit. If you suffer with neck issues it is advisable to abstain from doing neck techniques.

No. Face Yoga should never be painful. It may feel tender if you are holding tension within your facial muscles but it should never hurt. Your intuition is powerful so you should start using a gentle pressure and as your soften & release tension you can increase the pressure you apply.

You should consult with the relevant medical professional before you begin practicing Face Yoga. If you suffer from neck issues then either refrain from techniques that involve the neck muscles, or follow medical guidance and be extremely gentle so as to assist natural healing.

Yes. It is suitable for beginners who have never tried Face Yoga before. It is also suitable if you have tried it before and want to do it daily yet you feel overwhelmed like you don’t know where to start as there is just so much available online. This course incorporates all of the key elements of Face Yoga.

The course covers tension release within the neck, shoulders, scalp and face. It also contains facial muscle toning techniques for the forehead, eyes, cheeks and mouth, as well as a glow-boosting facial massage routine to rejuvenate your skin naturally.

You should always begin with clean hands and clean skin. You will need to apply some glide to your skin before doing some of the techniques and you will need to seated comfortably. I have a shop with some product recommendations if you need to purchase any skincare to assist your Face Yoga practice.

However, they are much smaller than other muscles in the body and so the results can be seen and felt relatively quickly plus, the muscles have memory so each time that you practice you will be making a positive difference.
