The Heart Kisses scent has been created in collaboration with Sallyanne from Holistic Kitchen.
This is a blend to reach for when life gets a bit too much. Designed to bring a sense of balance and emotional warmth, this blend will enable you to take a deep breath, soften your shoulders and relax. It works a bit like medicine as it reaches into your heart to kiss it better.
Carry this blend with you to help with frazzled moments and use it at home to bring a light and relaxing energy to the spaces in which you spend the most time.

How to use:
Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being.
Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath. This ritual is particularly soothing after a stressful day and you feel like you need to be held. This scent offers the comfort you need after a long day. The Story Behind The Scent:
Heart Kisses was created in collaboration with Sallyanne.
The purpose of the scent was to enhance the experience of my therapy space. I wanted a scent that could transform my clients’ well-being and enable them to feel safe and held as they relaxed into their treatment.
I chose orange, bergamot, and patchouli as these are my favourite essential oils for their uplifting yet grounding qualities. Sallyanne blended them to create a scent that now welcomes every client as they step into my beautiful therapy space. It’s the first thing they notice, setting the tone for relaxation, care and comfort.
