Why I created the Glow course…

I discovered Face Yoga during lockdown in 2021, when I could see the stress of Lockdown written all over my skin. I wanted a way to feel better about the way I looked. I had just turned 40, and it was the first time that I'd looked in the mirror and felt aware of the clock ticking. 

I released tension, resolved my frown lines, and I just felt different. I still find face yoga techniques very powerful. Not only do they get me glowing and encourage natural rejuvenation of my skin, but they also tap into my body's natural healing systems to enable sense of calm and relaxation.  

I qualified as a Face Yoga teacher three years ago with the intention of inspiring others. I've since shared face yoga with hundreds of different people yet, I know that the majority do not keep it up as daily habit. 

The power of face yoga lies in doing it regularly, and I have created this course so that you will want to do it daily.

Within this course I am sharing some of what I do daily such as my morning cleansing routine. I am also teaching you some of the things that I do when I want to lift and boost my skin, and the things that I really should do daily to release tension and feel lighter.
